These terms apply when you use the Shreeji Sip & Bites website to browse our menu, place an order or reserve a table. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. About us

Shreeji Sip & Bites is a café at GF-8, Sun Signature-2, Haria Park Road, Chanod Colony, Dungra, Vapi, Gujarat 396191, India. This website lets you order our food and drinks for home delivery.

2. Ordering

• Online ordering is open every day from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM India time. The last order can be placed at 10:00 PM. Orders cannot be placed outside these hours.
• You must give a correct name, a working mobile number and a complete delivery address. We may call you to confirm or to find your address.
• An order is confirmed only when you see the “Order placed successfully” screen with an order number. For online payments, your order is confirmed only after your payment is successfully verified.
• Menu items may sell out. Sold-out items cannot be ordered. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons such as unavailable items, an address outside our delivery area, or suspected misuse, and we will refund any amount you paid for it.

3. Prices

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). The total shown at checkout is the amount you pay for the order.
• Prices are set by us and are calculated on our server when you place your order. If a price changes while you are ordering, we will show you the new total before you confirm.
• Home delivery within our approved delivery areas is free. See our Delivery / Shipping Policy.
• We may correct pricing or menu errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.

4. Payment

• Pay Online: payments are processed securely by Razorpay using the methods it offers (such as UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Pay on Delivery: you pay the total amount when your order arrives.
• If an online payment fails, no order is confirmed. If money is deducted but you receive no confirmation, contact us and see our Refund / Cancellation Policy.

5. Delivery

Delivery is available only to addresses inside our approved delivery areas, which we verify with a one-time location check at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary with distance, weather and order volume. Please see our Delivery / Shipping Policy for details.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations, refunds and problems with an order are covered by our Refund / Cancellation Policy.

7. Food safety and allergies

Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles ingredients such as dairy, gluten, nuts and other common allergens. We cannot guarantee that any item is free from allergens. If you have an allergy or dietary requirement, please contact us before ordering.

8. Your responsibilities

• Do not misuse the website, place false or fraudulent orders, or attempt to interfere with its security or normal operation.
• Be reachable on the mobile number you provide. If we cannot reach you or deliver to the address given, the order may be cancelled without a refund of food that has already been prepared.

9. Website content

The website’s design, photographs, logo and text belong to Shreeji Sip & Bites or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

10. Our liability

We take care to prepare and deliver your order properly. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, power or internet outages, or problems with payment or delivery services.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts having jurisdiction at Valsad, Gujarat.
